Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to live in different places, each with its own culture, people and language. Moving from one place to another has allowed me to experience first-hand different ways of relating to others, understanding the world and building bonds, while also discovering new parts of myself.

These experiences, together with my interest in reading and my professional training, have reinforced my understanding of the impact that the contexts in which we grow up, adaptation processes and life transitions can have on our identity and well-being.

I see therapy as a safe space where each person can be supported in understanding how their experiences, relationships and circumstances have shaped their way of seeing the world, themselves and others. An individualised space where they can connect with and move through the emotions that arise, and where they can question, process, make sense of and heal those experiences that need to be heard.
