One of my greatest interests has always been getting to know people from cultures different from my own. This curiosity has led me to live and share experiences both in my home country and abroad.
A little more about me: I was born and raised in Madrid. This city, and Spain more broadly, are the environments in which I have grown and developed as a person. It is where I belong, and as such, I have a deep understanding of its social and cultural dynamics.
At the same time, my training and professional experience have taught me to understand people within the context of their relationships and life circumstances. Living in another country often brings significant changes in the way we relate to family, partners, and friends. For this reason, I pay particular attention to these processes, seeking to understand how they shape each person's identity and wellbeing.
I find fascinating that there are as many stories as there are people in the world, and that no two are ever the same. From the moment we are born, we are immersed in experiences, relationships, and cultural influences that gradually shape us and bring us to where we are today.
In therapy, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your story, understand how it has influenced your present, and reflect on how you would like to continue shaping it moving forward.
